• Number of premium Villas = 6
• Number of Over Water Bungalows = 1
• Max. number of guests on island = 18
• All private oceanfront villas are seafront and on the beach.
• All private oceanfront villas have private pools.
• * Meals and drinks (excluding wine and Champagne) are included in the above rates.
• *Meals are served in the houses for private dining or on the various docks or in our dining palapa.
• A varied cuisine is available. We tailor menus for each guest.
• We can meet the need of most special diets and requests.
• Rates do not include a 9% Belize Government Tax charge, and a 15% resort fee.
• Rates are per night, per couple, per house (except full island bookings).
• Rates include personal houseman, three tailored meals per day, snacks, all drinks (except champagne, wine and cordials), and non-motorized water sports.

• Check In Time is 4:00pm

Cayo Espanto's Minimum Night Stay
• There is a three-night minimum stay on Cayo Espanto (Excluding Holidays)
Please note: We do make exceptions depending on availability.
• There is a seven-night minimum stay, per holiday, over the Holiday Season.
Our Holiday Season is December 16 through January 7.
(To Stay Christmas and New Years on Cayo Espanto there is a 14 night minimum).
• Full island rates are per night for 18 guests maximum. (there is a reduction in price if there will be less than 18 guests)
Reservation Policy
• Upon confirmation of reservation, a 50% deposit is required within 48 hours to hold reservation and is to be paid with personal check, bank check, money order, American Express, Master Card or Visa credit card.
• If a reservation is made within 120 days, Cayo Espanto will request that full payment be sent via overnight mail or an indisputable charge may be placed on an American Express, Master Card or Visa credit card.
• Full payment is due 120 days prior to date of reservation.

Cancellation Policy
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
• A refund, less 20% of the Total Reservation Amount, will be given if a reservation is cancelled more than 120 days prior to reservation date.
• NO refunds are given if a reservation is cancelled less than 120 days prior to the reservation date.
• This policy is indisputable regardless of the reason for the cancellation. Cayo Espanto strongly suggests buying adequate travel insurance. Clients should make sure this insurance covers delayed/cancelled travel services, weather, health, family and personal related cancellations.
• If your final payment becomes 30 days past due, we will release the space for resale. There will be no refund of monies previously paid.
